I started building homes in 2015 with my late husband, Lee Berg, where my passion for construction truly began. Growing up my father, Sidney Merians, built professional buildings and shopping centers in the 60’s and 70’s. He earned a reputation as one of the most compassionate landlords to his professional and retail tenants. Lee Berg’s father, Leonard Berg, was the founder of the Berg Agency, one of the largest independently-owned real estate agencies in the country, founded in the 50’s.
Growing up surrounded by such influential figures, real estate became more than just a business—it became a part of our family’s DNA. I was inspired to continue our family traditions and legacies, bringing together my shared passion and expertise to serve our clients with integrity and dedication.
